TD Outdoor Learning Centre

Landform partnered with 02 Planning & Design for the construction of the TD Outdoor Learning Centre in the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary for the City of Calgary. This project aimed to create a sustainable learning space that promotes environmental education and an appreciation of nature. Landform’s scope included the construction of a heavy timber structure designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

The site was selected carefully to minimize impact on local wildlife, using an area previously disturbed during a flood. Our team also implemented landscaping features that enhance the educational experience while supporting local ecosystems.
